The Inter-American Culture and Development Foundation (ICDF) is a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization committed to promoting cultural development in Latin America and the Caribbean.

Founded at the initiative of the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB) in 2005, the ICDF helps cultural organizations become more competitive and sustainable through programs and projects that help reduce poverty, improve quality of life, and increase social equality in the region.

The ICDF works with multiple partners to create and support programs that directly impact and benefit children and youth, educational institutions, non-profit organizations, community leaders and members, sustainable tourism providers, and small and medium enterprises working in cultural and creative industries.
